I use Okular as a reader for sheet music. I could not find a possibility for change pages up, and down using the touchscreen.
Can you use presentation mode? There it does work. By default, touching the screen goes to the next page, but there's a setting that makes it go to the previous page if you tap on the left half of the screen.
Maybe I can do a setting to have a page-down function in presentation mode. But once in presentation mode I cannot go back into normal mode just using the touchscreen. My computer will be blocked. My computer is a HP Elite X2. I can use a keyboard for administration but not while using. Okular is a fantastic software but while operating with touchscreen only there are some issues. Using Okular as replacement for sheet music is possibly the best choice on Linux. There is no dedicated Linux sofware for this purpose available. There are several people who are interested in using a Linux tablet as sheet music.
