SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In arch linux, download package libreoffice-fresh
2. Open any document with more than one page or zoom in so the page is larger than the screen 
3. Use the (vertical) scroll bar to navigate the document

OBSERVED RESULT
The scrolling is unusually slow and struttery. This has been reproduced before and after reinstalling the system (for unrelated reasons). The same stutter isn't observed when using sway, on the same machine and system.


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Arch, up to date as of 17/9/25 - kernel 6.16.7-arch1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.18.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Intel iGPU + nvidia eGPU with cuda. Unable to tell which one is being used for libreoffice but it's likely the integrated one
