SUMMARY
I'm using the Flatpak version and the UI is using Breeze Dark but the main window contents are glaringly white and not dark.

1. Open the application while using Breeze Dark theme

Flatpak:
KDiff3: 1.12.3 (64 bit)
KDE Frameworks: 6.18.0
Qt: Using 6.9.2 and built against 6.9.2
