SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for a validation SMS (like when logging into many websites)
2. KDE popup appears onscreen saying "Sensitive information blocked" (this does not happen with all verification messages)
3.

OBSERVED RESULT

I am able to open KDEConnect SMS and see the actual message that was blocked.

EXPECTED RESULT

I expect that there should be a configuration option that allows disabling of this behavior, especially because it is not consistent across message sources.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

LMDE6 with Cinnamon: KDE Connect SMS is v22.12.3. I have been unable to locate version information via either the KDEConnect GUI or the KDEConnect Settings GUI
