Icon settings showing Text Position selected

SUMMARY
Whatever "Text Position" settings chosen for the Extra Toolbar, they do not apply and instead they use the settings for Main Toolbar. It will only inherit those settings when the application opens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the Main Toolbar and Extra Toolbar
2. Right click on the render icon from the Extra Toolbar and select Text Position - Text Under Icons
3. Nothing happens
4. Right click on the Save icon from the Main Toolbar and select Text Position - Icons Only
5. The Main Toolbar now only shows icons
6. Close Kdenlive and re-open it
7. You will see that the Extra Toolbar now has Icons only however when you right click on it it still has the setting of Text Under Icons

OBSERVED RESULT
Extra Toolbar does not use the Text Position settings, nothing happens when you change the selection, instead uses Main Toolbar settings when application opens.

Also observed that the Icon Size settings are not changed when you select a different size, however on application opening they DO use the correct settings you previously selected.

EXPECTED RESULT
Extra Toolbar settings should work when you select them.
It should not use the Text Position settings from the Main Toolbar.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11
Qt Version: 6.9.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've observed this on Windows 11 and Fedora Linux using Flatpak.
