SUMMARY: KDEConnect not autoconnecting to phone when kde plasma (linux) session is restarted. Phone has to be unlocked and kdeconnect screen refreshed a few times


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log out of linux session and log back in
2. KdeConnect not connected, as noted by pairing unavailable on clicking kde connect indicator on panel
3. Sometimes connects by unlocking, sometimes connects only by unpairing and pairing and/or refreshing the kdeconnect screen on phone

OBSERVED RESULT  

KdeConnect not connected, as noted by pairing unavailable on clicking kde connect indicator on panel
 Sometimes connects by unlocking, sometimes connects only by unpairing and pairing and/or refreshing the kdeconnect screen on phone


EXPECTED RESULT KdeConnect to autoconnect with phone even when phone is locked or in sleep mode.
