SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  I have a normally hidden taskbar at the bottom of screen
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
randomly crashes when accessed 

EXPECTED RESULT
taskbar should not randomly crash bringing down whole desktop
