SUMMARY
Semantic shell integration shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+PgUp/PgDown not in shortcuts dialog.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Configure Shortcuts..."
2. Search for Ctrl+Shift+PgUp.

OBSERVED RESULT
Not found.

Documentation says "Ctrl+Shift+PgUp and Ctrl+Shift+PgDown scroll up/down to previous/next command
prompt."

EXPECTED RESULT
Commands for Ctrl+Shift+PgUp and Ctrl+Shift+PgDown should appears in the list of shortcuts and should be configurable.
