applets/systemtray: clarify shown/hidden/disabled statuses

Rephrase so all statuses have the word "show" in them. Being phrased in
this way has several benefits:
- Clarifies the difference between "always hidden" and "disabled"
- More HIG-friendly to begin with an imperative verb
- Echoes the language used for the list header "Always show all" checkbox
