SUMMARY
At some point, all tablet buttons were shown on kcm_tablet, but after some updates the buttons tab disappeared from UI.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: KDE Plasma 6.4.4
Qt Version:  Qt 6.9.2 (x86_64-little_endian-lp64 shared (dynamic) release build; by GCC 15.2.1 20250813) on "wayland" 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
XP-Pen Deco L

I tried with a old Wacom tablet and the buttons tab was working

They did not disappear, it's because your model is unsupported somewhere in the stack. You're on Arch Linux, correct? And did you ever install any user-space drivers: e.g. XP-PEN's, OpenTabletDriver, etc

I never installed any tablet driver. It used to just work.

But we don't control whether or not your tablet is exposed, so clearly something changed with your system. It could be something not controlled by you - like the kernel.
