STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use the cachy os global theme
2. open the app
3. move the mouse until it gets big

OBSERVED RESULT
the mouse pointer has a trail

That's nothing to do with partition manager. You have big mouse accessibility feature enabled in your system settings.
