SUMMARY
Plasmashell crashes every time if a systemtray is in any panel. When I was able to identify it was the systemtray I went into my config and manually deleted all my panels, then added a default one, which then crashed plasmashell again, but it removed the tray this time. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add system tray to panel 

OBSERVED RESULT
Crashes immediately

EXPECTED RESULT
A working sytsem tray

I uninstalled both the packagekit and flatpak backends for discover then uninstalled everything, added the systemtray back and it's no longer crashing
