SUMMARY
This visual glitch does not occur all the time, but it is frequent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scale to 130% in Display Configuration KCM
2. open Kickoff
3. if no bug occurs, open and close Kickoff repeatedly until the bug occurs

OBSERVED RESULT
visual glitch observed in the attached screen recording

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur

Can't reproduce with 175% scale, FWIW.

If you disable the sliding popups effect, is the glitch visible?

The glitch persists if sliding popups effect is disabled in Animations KCM.
