Created attachment 184849 [details] Screenshot The PIN was used immediately before to log in into the bank account via brave and entered by hand and finally by paste and copy into KMyMoney. I always got the message as you can read in attachment: HBCI: 9050 - Die Nachricht enthält Fehler. If the attachment is just text, please just include the text. PDF attachments require extra effort to open and read. 5.0.7 is extremely old, and no longer supported. There is a good chance that this problem has been addressed in a more recent version. If you have problems with the recently released 5.2.1 or 5.2.0, at least upgrade to 5.1.3. Let us know what happens with a more recent version of the program. Thanks.
This is actually a message printed by AqBanking. Most likely, also for Gwenhywfar and AqBanking newer versions are required due to changes on the bank's server which required adjustments in those packages. Since you're using Windows that is an additional hurdle to take.

I've updated KMyMoney to Version 5.2.1, but now I need information about installation of "Aqbanking" or equivalent. Where to find, how to install,....
I thought I saw a message that the necessary updates had been done, and the latest KMM is using them. However, this is NOT in 5.2.1, so you would need to use one of the unstable builds from the preview builds link on https://kmymoney.org/download.html. That page also has links for aqbanking.
I've updated to Version 5.2.1, but connection to bank account is still not working at all. I guess I need to install in addition "Aqbanking" or something comparable, but I don't know where to find the compatible version and how to install and ....
5.2.1 is a release version, and as I said, it does NOT contain the necessary updates. You need to use a development version as I said in my previous comment. You can find the latest development version of both KMyMoney and Aqbanking by following the link in Comment 5 and clicking the "preview builds" link. I assume you will want to download the 64 bit versions.
Next trial with unstable builds: Unfortunable non of them really worked, but both offered the possibility to adapt Aqbanking. Both struggled with message "No list of allowed two-step TAN methods available. You should download available TAN-Methods". ==> How to perform this? Below you can find the complete messages and the component versions as well. Sorry to say that, but that seems to be an upstream AqBanking problem. What you might try to do: a) visit AqBanking settings inside KMyMoney b) Select User tab c) Select user in question d) Edit this user e) Get Bank Info, System Id and iTAN modes one after the other f) Leave with OK g) Select Accounts tab h) Select account in question i) Edit this account j) Press the "Get SEPA Info" button k) Leave with OK l) Press Close m) Report back here
Hi, thanks a lot for your support. the "stable" version seems to work as far as I could test it. There are some minor issues I can live with: When printing a report the column width does not fit (e.g. date is printed in two lines) or I still haven't found where to perform the needed settings. Another issue occured during installation was two times the message "Assertion failed" in file user.c in lines 1213 and 1215 (?) expression: u. I just ignored it.
