The PIN was used immediately before to log in into the bank account via brave and entered by hand and finally by paste and copy into KMyMoney.
I always got the message as you can read in attachment:
HBCI: 9050 - Die Nachricht enthält Fehler. (M)
HBCI: 9800 - Dialog abgebrochen (M)
HBCI: 9260 - Eine Challenge-Anfrage wurde abgebrochen, der Aufgtag nicht durchgeführt. (M)

If the attachment is just text, please just include the text. PDF attachments require extra effort to open and read.
5.0.7 is extremely old, and no longer supported. There is a good chance that this problem has been addressed in a more recent version. If you have problems with the recently released 5.2.1 or 5.2.0, at least upgrade to 5.1.3.
Let us know what happens with a more recent version of the program.
Thanks.

This is actually a message printed by AqBanking. Most likely, also for Gwenhywfar and AqBanking newer versions are required due to changes on the bank's server which required adjustments in those packages. Since you're using Windows that is an additional hurdle to take.
