SUMMARY
Full screen chome or eletron based app flikers.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. tems meting -> fullscreen 
2. starts bilking


OBSERVED RESULT
notebook screen blinks, attached external monitor (display port) does not
night mode color do no effect behavior 
not all aplications , FF(143.0b9 (64-bit)) in full screen  mode works  as expected (played you tube and static content)

EXPECTED RESULT
stable screen on bouth

Operating System: KDE neon User Edition
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU -> driver 570.181
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
Kernel Version: 6.14.0-29-generic (64-bit)
Processors:  13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900HX

solution 1:
notebook display 240Hz , to make it stop flickering when full screen , lowered refresh to 60Hz (only other option (240/60) )

solution 2:
240Hz, but adaptive sync set to off
