KDE on Wayland/nvidia , Dual Monitor/Desktop system

The Icon Position arent saved after a reboot, which makes it unusable for basic works.

There are known issues with icon positioning, but we'll need a lot more information to be able to triage which one of them this is, or if it's a new one.

Please mention:
- Which version of Plasma you're using
- Which screen the files are on
- Whether it happens with only one screen
- Whether it happens with all desktop setitngs reset to their default values
- Whether it happens with a new clean user account on the same machine
