STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a video to 5.00 speed or higher and play it for a bit.
2. Pause the video and set the speed back to 1.00.
3. Play the video.

OBSERVED RESULT
The video skips once, as if it didn't notice the speed reduction right away.

EXPECTED RESULT
Start playing from the paused frame.
