SUMMARY
When editing, rotating the lateral wheel of the mouse always zooms in regardless of the direction you rotate (same if you keep alt+first mouse wheel). Also shfit and controll don;t do anything, you cannot scroll up or lateral.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rotate lateral mouse wheel

OBSERVED RESULT
zooms in on both directions

EXPECTED RESULT
zoom out / zoom in
