Interface "New" showing preview of previous project

SUMMARY
After Saving a project, a "New" project still shows remnants of the previous project

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. "Save"
2. "New"

OBSERVED RESULT
Clip Monitor still shows the content of the previous project

EXPECTED RESULT
Clean interface

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
fedora 42

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Really minor. Maybe its only me, but I was confounded at times, thinking I had loaded a wrong clip, because that preview only disappears once the new clip is activated

Can you please try the official Flatpak or appimage?

I cannot replicate the issue (25.08.0 Flatpak on Pop!_OS).

I guess, you'll find the same, when you don't touch the Clip Monitor during handling of the previous project.
Once you advance, play, whatever the Clip Monitor during the previous project handling, the new Clip Monitor comes up as fresh. Starting a new project, doing whatever, except of touching the Clip Monitor, and saving it; followed by New, the previous Clip Monitor stays. At least here.

Before I start other stuff (that I don't like too much), I think it is easier for others to just start a test project, blabla, without touching the Clip Monitor, and doing a "New" takes no more than 12 seconds, please.

May I refer to
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=509101#attach_184777
please? A picture, in this case a screen cast, shows more than a thousand words. There are some four instances of loading a project; though the content of the Clip Monitor stays.
If you try this yourself, and you find it working on another distro, I'd like to know; so that we can proceed as you suggested. But, please try beforehand.
