A PDF with which this is reproducible (probably reproducible with any document, didn't test)

SUMMARY
The Print Preview always opens at smallest possible size

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose for example the attached PDF
2. Select Print Preview

OBSERVED RESULT
The window is very small, one can't see a thing. One can resize it to be bigger.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window starts out at a resonable size.
