SUMMARY
The program no longer turns plugins on or off without pairing and unpairing the device. The expected behavior up until now was when I go to KDE Connect -> Settings, and turn a plugin on or off (in this case, Clipboard is the only one I tested), it would start working immediately and I could turn it on, paste the clipboard content to my phone, and turn it off again. Now, I need to change the on/off state in settings, then unpair the phone, pair it again, and only then the state of clipboard sharing will change. This affects both PC -> phone and phone -> PC. Thus, if I want to send only a single string to my phone's clipboard, I have to:

-Open the KDE Connect setting program on my PC
-Click on my device
-Click Plugin Settings
-Tick or untick Clipboard sharing
-Go back
-Unpair
-Immediately re-pair
-Get my phone and confirm pairing
-Share the string I want sent into my PC or phone
-Do it all again to turn clipboard sharing off
-Unpair and re-pair again

Another issue is that pairing a device randomly doesn't throw up a notification on Android 15 anymore, not sure if that's a separate bug in itself or how to debug it, but it also means manually opening the app to accept the pairing.

I can't see in a changelog if this is a bug or an intended change, but as you can see it's a lot of work just to paste one link to my phone if this is indeed intended behavior.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to turn on clipboard sharing
2. Fails, unpair the device
3. Pair, now it works

OBSERVED RESULT
See above, needs many steps to enable sharing

EXPECTED RESULT
Enable clipboard sharing and start sharing strings, without having to unpair the phone.
