SUMMARY Arrow keys scroll the Process list. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch System Monitor, switch to the Processes tab (unless it's set as default tab) 2. Press Tab key 6 times to focus the process list 3. Press Arrow Down key multiple times 4. Press Arrow Up key multiple times OBSERVED RESULT When pressing Arrow Down, the selected row isn't always visible because the list is scrolled on every key press and it may be scrolled faster than one row per key press. When pressing Arrow Up, the selected row is visible, however it's hard to visually follow the currently selected row because the whole list scrolls at the same time. EXPECTED RESULT Arrow keys in the process list should behave like in `htop` or in `mc`. IOW, keep the list static unless the cursor (currently selected row) reaches the top/bottom of the viewport.
