SUMMARY
Two idendical Oxygen icons for "More actions" and "Configure Power Management…"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Oxygen icon theme
2. Click on the battery icon in system tray
3. Look at button on top of  the popup

OBSERVED RESULT
Two buttons with a wrench icon: "More actions" and "Configure Power Management…"

EXPECTED RESULT
Different icons.

hum i can see the same thing... 
not sure what the icon for the "more actions" is, I suspect its missing in oxygen and its defoulting to the configure one...

I suspect the icon missing in Oxygen is view-more-horizontal, need to test
