SUMMARY
Discover is pretty slow at loading pictures of applications, sometimes taking up to more than 10 seconds even with good internet, except for the applications in the front page of Discover, all the other applications that I manually search load the pictures super slowly.

Cannot reproduce this issue. Are you still experiencing this problem?

I'm tethered to my phone using mobile hotspot (4G internet) on an old laptop and every photo in Discover takes ~0.5s to load. Some even load so fast that I don't see the 'spinning cog' at all (as per your screenshot).

yes this doesn't seem to happen anymore
