This is a htop screenshot which shows the high CPU usage

When downloading videos from telegram, Dolphin aggressively try to make thumbnails continuously till the download is completed. Which cause high CPU usage per entirety of the video is downloaded.

/usr/lib/kf6/kioworker /usr/lib/qt6/plugins/kf6/kio/thumbnail.so is using CPU but it only happens if dolphin is opened

I was unable to reproduce this with downloading a .mov file with Firefox and having Dolphin open.

Does this only happen with telegram or can you reproduce it with Firefox or any other browser?

.mov and .mp4 do not have this issue,
It happens when downloading .mkv files
Firefox or any other browser do not have this issue ( I think because it uses filename.mkv.part for partially downloading files)
