SUMMARY
Every time I click on the button to run a scan preview, the "Scan resolution" combo box in the scan settings gets reset to 75 DPI.
Then, I have to remember to change it (for example to 150 DPI) before launching the actual scan, otherwise the scan will be performed at 75 DPI.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Skanpage
2. change Scan resolution to 150 DPI
3. click on "Preview" to see a scan preview

OBSERVED RESULT
The Scan resolution is reset to 75 DPI. If I click on "Scan", the page is scanned at 75 DPI.

EXPECTED RESULT
Even if the preview is indeed a scan operation at 75 DPI, the "Scan resolution" is not changed, so when I then hit "Scan" I get a page scanned at 150 DPI.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 24.04
