SUMMARY
Tiling is not preserved when switching between desktops for omnipresent windows

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any window
2. Make it omnipresent (Move to Desktop -> All Desktops)
3. Tile the window to the left side of the screen
4. Switch the desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
Window loses its tiling, reset to its original size and position

EXPECTED RESULT
Window keeps its tiling

I can reproduce the issue. Not sure if this is intentional behavior or not (though if it is; I agree it feels odd). I'll let the KWin folks take it from here.
