Thank you for the report! I haven't seen other similar reports, so I suspect this is something distribution or Flatpak related. I'm not completely sure which would be the best path forward to inspecting this; maybe trying to start the Flatpak from terminal (not a Flatpak expert, but I think it'd be `flatpak run org.kde.amarok`) and seeing if there's any relevant output. Possibly the Flatpak's issue tracker at https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.amarok/issues might be the best place to document this issue, too.
