Popup when I mouse over the color

SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Type echo #FFFFBEFF
3. See it report some sort of pink? It seems to be reading it as #FFBEFF (i.e. it's reading last 6 characters instead of the first 6 characters)
