SUMMARY
impossible to pin application windows because the icon does not appear in the title bar

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. see the screen recording!

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to have the pinned icon in the title bar.

EXPECTED RESULT
regain the ability to pin my application windows

It only appears if you have multiple virtual desktops; that's what it's for, to pin a window to all virtual desktops.
