SUMMARY
This Bug causes the first applications to freeze shortly when launched after a fresh boot due to window decorations.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to system settings. And to Colors and themes.
2. Change Window decorations to something that is not the default.
3. Reboot and launch the web browser as an example.

OBSERVED RESULT
First launched application causes a freez of about 2.5 Seconds. second freezes for about  about 0.5 seconds. After that all applications open instantly.

Any Fixes would be apprecciated since this still has not been fixed in the latest KDE release. This was also tested on a fresh installation and the problem persists.

Please check whether the rewritten version of aurorae still has the same issue in 6.6. Note that Plastik still uses the old engine.

Unfortunately the Issue persists on both a fresh install and on my regular system on 6.6. The behavior has not changed and is the same as 4 months ago.

This is incorrect and i will update my results when 6.6 is out. Excuse my incompetence.
