SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
turn on checkbox View → Show Title Bars

OBSERVED RESULT
Title Bars on all windows

EXPECTED RESULT
Title Bar on only one window

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10 22H2

Widgets that have a tab do not get a title bar because they can be grabbed by the tab. Please confirm that this is the case for you. Thanks!
