Charge Limit setting

SUMMARY
Charge limit is getting reset on every restart on my laptop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a charge limit.
2. Shutdown the laptop.
3. Start the laptop.
4. Check the charge limit. It would've reset.

OBSERVED RESULT
Charge limit getting reset.

EXPECTED RESULT
Charge limit, once set, should remain as is in future restarts.

Also, is there a way to set the Charge limit using some command or a shell script?
