Issue on Plasma 6.4.4

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Add "๐Œ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ: "๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ > ๐Š๐ž๐ฒ๐›๐จ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ" | "๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ" to the clipboard with the default size.

OBSERVED RESULT
The last letter becomes a question mark for some reason (see attachment).

EXPECTED RESULT
The last letter should be "๐ญ".
