SUMMARY
Grabbing the scroll bar with a mouse click and dragging it down scrolls the window past the end of the last message.
Using the scroll wheel on the mouse scrolls to just before the last message

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the SMS app
2. Open a conversation
3. Use both the scroll bar with mouse click and the scroll wheel

OBSERVED RESULT
Inconsistent and poor scroll results

EXPECTED RESULT
Consistent and useful scrolling
