Issue on Plasma 6.4.4

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the title bar's icon of the app, minimize/maximize/close button.
2. Before releasing the click, drag the pointer somewhere outside the window.

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor for resizing windows appears, which doesn't make any sense.

EXPECTED RESULT
Not showing the cursor for resizing windows.
