SUMMARY KDE Spectacle isn't capturing screen regions of console (Konsole). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Ubuntu 24.04 KDE plasma DE on HP laptop connected to thunderbolt dual 4k monitor setup. 2. launch terminals (Konsole) 3. launch spectacle from system menu 4. Initiate a rectangle capture. 5. select a region on the terminal session. OBSERVED RESULT 1. The capture shows nothing. EXPECTED RESULT 1. Should show the captured region of the Konsole teminal. Thank you for your bug report! I'm afraid the version of Spectacle you're using no longer receives updates or maintenance from KDE. Please upgrade to an active version (6.4 as of the time of writing) as soon as your distribution makes it available to you, or use other application distribution methods such as Flathub. KDE applications can be fast-moving, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one. If you need help with the old version of Spectacle that you're using, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing help for older releases that are no longer receiving updates from KDE.
