Sometimes, when I click on any tab in the Entry Points panel, this line just stands out, but does not go to the folder I need. I press the left mouse button or click on the wheel (to open in a new tab), but instead of opening, the folder that I want to open is simply highlighted and nothing happens.

If you click again, it works.

I've been dealing with this problem since I switched to linux in 2021. Since then, I have changed several PCs and laptops and the problem remains.

Above, I described in detail how to reproduce this. I'll describe it in more detail now.

1. Open the Dolphin.
2. In the "Entry points" panel (shown in the screenshot), I click any folder. I click on it with the left mouse button or the middle mouse button (I click on the wheel).
3. Instead of opening the folder I need, this folder just becomes highlighted and nothing opens. I'm staying in the same folder where I was.

This problem often occurs when I just turned on my PC and started Dolphin, or for example, I didn't interact with it for a long time and started doing something in it. The problem occurs randomly and gets in the way a lot. I click thinking that the folder I need will open and move the mouse away to start working in the folder I need, but since nothing happens, I have to click again on the line (folder) in the entry point panel.

Then everything works for a while and after a while the problem reappears. I also changed a few mice, it's definitely not about them.

I would be very grateful if you fix this problem.

In a nutshell, clicking the mouse for some reason does not open the location I need. It just doesn't happen. I have to return the mouse to click again.

Thanks for the details.
I wasn't able to this on Dolphin built from git-master, and the system was on and being used for hours beforehand
Nor can I reproduce with KDE Neon Testing or Fedora 42 (with Dolphin 25.04.3)

Note: "Entry Points" refers to the "Places" panel in English

I'll leave this open so others can possibly reproduce it

Thank you, English is not my native language. I communicate through a translator.
