SUMMARY Since the upgrade the handling of my two monitor set up has changed with two main features: 1) save and other dialogues are coming up on the built in laptop monitor (on L in my set up) 2) designating that as primary results in the task manager bar being on the external monitor (and vice versa) I am sure it was the other way around before. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Ran the upgrade: started to see the above. Continues despite reboots and is irritating and slowing things down. I can't find a solution on the web that doesn't apply to old kde and no other new reports. OBSERVED RESULT File save dialogues in = Thunderbird, Vivaldi, Firefox, Chrome come up on the built in monitor regardless of the active monitor for the app. That was not the case before. Dialogues in LibreOffice seem to behave fine still. The other issue is that the task bar comes up on the opposite monitor to whichever I set as primary! EXPECTED RESULT Dialogues to come up in the active window/monitor and taskbar to be on the pimary monitor. Thank you for the bug report! However Plasma 6.3.5 no longer receives updates or maintenance from KDE; active versions are 6.4 or newer. Please upgrade to an active version as soon as your distribution makes it available to you. Plasma is a fast-moving project, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one. If you need help with Plasma 6.3.5, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing help for older releases that are no longer receiving updates from KDE. If you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to an active version, feel free to re-open this bug report.
