SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System settings
2. Click on Flatpak permissions tab
3. For apps name that is localized, searching in their original English name yields no result.

OBSERVED RESULT

Searching in their original English name yields no result.


EXPECTED RESULT

Find the results when searching in original English name or localized name should find the app.

Does searching in other places match the English name?

If you mean that if any other part of KDE's search support this functionality, then yes.

The Application Launcher search does.

Yeah, we implemented this in Kicker-based widgets and KRunner. Probably nice to do it here too.
