SUMMARY
The sidebar-collapse and zoom-in/zoom-out icons seem to use a smaller size than the rest, so they appear to have a wider stroke then all the other icons in the app.

Screenshot taken on the okular-master-6606-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe nightly, but this has been the case for all versions since 23.08
