I'm sorry I can't describe the details in English.
But this issue has been discussed here (https://forum.infostart.ru/forum9/topic266589/) since 2021. And recently a way to reproduce it was discovered (https://forum.infostart.ru/forum9/topic266589/#message3187038).
I would be grateful if you could analyze and solve this issue.
The issue appears in versions from 0.9.98 to 1.12.

It seems that the reason is in an external program.
