SUMMARY
The circle around the timer changes size based on the digits displayed when the window is displayed at small sizes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KClock
2. Go to Timers
3. Start a timer
4. Click on the card for the timer you started
5. Resize the window and wait

OBSERVED RESULT
The circle changes size based on the digits displayed - most apparent when the seconds change. Presumably wouldn't happen if using a monospace font, though I haven't tried that.

EXPECTED RESULT
The circle to stay at the maximum size it's going to be
