In Plasma 6.4.3, when a window is in fullscreen and I press Meta to reveal the panel, the panel briefly becomes larger and then shrinks. This only happens when Do Not Disturb is enabled. After slowing animation speed, I confirmed that a notification-related icon (bell/DND indicator) briefly appears in the system tray during panel reveal, then disappears instantly. This causes the panel to resize mid-animation, creating a visible flicker/jump. Steps to reproduce: 1. Enable Do Not Disturb. 2. Open a window in fullscreen mode. 3. Press Meta to reveal the panel. 4. Observe the panel briefly resizing during the reveal animation. Expected result: - The panel should appear at a consistent size without flicker or transient resizing. Actual result: - The panel grows slightly, then shrinks, due to a transient icon appearing/disappearing in the tray.
I can't reproduce this. Can you attach a screen recording that shows it happening?
