SUMMARY

The Okular user interface is unnusably small on Windows, and lacks user-end options to increase interface scale, interface text size, etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular on a Windows Laptop
2. Just look at it.

OBSERVED RESULT

Even on a 15" screen at 1280x720, the File, View, Edit, etc. menu headers are only a few mm high. At 1920x1080, it's even worse. Since higher resolutions are getting more common, it's likely to continue to get worse.

EXPECTED RESULT

Since Windows has inadequate user settings for fonts and font sizes, Kde apps ported to Windows may need their own tools to decide on fonts and font sizes.

kinfo would not run in Powershell or in Terminal
