a sample file that does not load its preview in dolphin

SUMMARY
I noticed that some GIMP Image files (.xcf) cannot show their preview and some could, so I checked the file type, and I noticed that the GIMP Image files that could not preview had a version of 019, and the ones that could had a version of 011.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the attached image, then open the folder with the image inside it.

OBSERVED RESULT
No image preview

EXPECTED RESULT
An image preview would show

Linux/KDE Plasma:

Qt Version: 6.8.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
might be related to unmodified text layers in gimp, might be related to an underlying library, because the file also doesn't preview in gwenview
