STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click on menu 2. Thanks for the bug report, and the video. I clearly see what's happening on your system. I see that Wireshark opens, but there's no response when clicking icons in Favorites for Virtual Machine Manager (which is already open) or Burp Suite Community I'm not able to reproduce this on Plasma 6.4.3 or git-master, I'll leave this open so others can try to reproduce.
Can you run `journalctl --follow --user-unit plasma-plasmashell` in a terminal window and then reproduce the issue? See if anything gets printed to the log when you click on these apps and nothing visibly happens. Thanks!

If rebooting solves it, what makes it come back? Or is the problem gone for good now?
