What view is this in? There is a known problem with tabbed view on the Home page.
That seems to be the reports view. Not the home page. Unless I am missing something.
Sorry - I didn't look at the screen shot. The tabbed view issue on Home Page is indeed a different problem. However, I just downloaded the same Appimage version, and for me, the Reports View does properly take up the whole page. If you expand any of the report sections, does it end up scrolling, or does it enlarge the used area? Is this xorg or wayland? (just guessing this might be related - but I'm on Wayland, which is more commonly where odd things show up.)

I've attached additional screen shots. They're all only half paged. Yes I use Wayland on Fedora. Scrolling works but it doesn't expand on any page. If I select a report it stays half paged.
I noticed that you are probably using a different themes or extension for the desktop. Are you running gnome or plasma as the desktop environment? Is it on Xorg or Wayland? The icons also looked different from standard breeze(plasma) or gnome icons. I am asking because I wonder if maybe that theme you are using is conflicting with the html.
It's the known problem with the tabbed view caused by KF6/Qt6. Workaround: switch to a different view type. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 507049 ***
Sorry again. I have no idea why I just didn't recognize the screen shots as using tabbed view, when it's pretty obvious.
