Description giovanni 2025-07-29 03:07:40 UTC
In version 5.2 of KMyMoney for Windows, the Transactions window only includes the Deposit and Withdrawal options; I think the Transfer option is missing. Thank you for your attention.

To do a transfer, you select the other account in the Category drop-down.
Behind the scenes, KMyMoney treats Categories as a special type of Account, so that dropdown is really an Account selection. Chosing a Category gives you a typical deposit/withdrawal, selecting an Asset or Liability Account gives you a transfer.
Please confirm this works for you.
