Description kdetester 2025-07-27 22:07:40 UTC
SUMMARY
Take a screenshot (makes it easy to have enough characters in filename), save it and open in gwenview.
Notice the name on panel, it shows full file name with ellipses.

It is because the name shows on panel is taken from Gwenview title bar: Filename, resolution and zoom percentage.

EXPECTED RESULT
The above way to show a simple filename with ellipses in panel is odd even when the filename fits easily in panel area.

Cannot reproduce (see attachment). Can you send a Screenshot with what you mean? And is it still occuring on the most recent version of the software?
